Product Description

Weather you’re a beginner or a bodybuilder, the Valor Fitness flat incline decline bench will accommodate your needs. The frame of this bench is constructed of tough, 12 gauge steel tubing. Most manufactures of home fitness equipment use a lighter gauge material on their products. This thick frame makes a strong bench. This bench hits incline, decline, and flat positions for maximum versatility over a fixed back bench press. This gives the user the opportunity to not only work the middle of their pectoral muscles with the flat position, but the upper and lower parts of the pectoral muscles with incline and decline positions as well. Safety bar hooks come standard for added safety while loading and unloading weight plates. Rear storage pegs are attached to the bench for added support and convenience.
