The BF-46 Valor Fitness Independent Bench Press

The BF-46 Valor Fitness Independent Bench Press is great for the individual user that may need a safety catch if lifting alone. Each arm is independent of the other which allows the user to place variable weight levels on each arm if needed. The extra long seat pad allows the user to slide up and back on the pad allowing for a different range of motion during lifting. Seat pad folds down creating incline feature as well as ab crunch board. Max weight is 135lbs. per arm- 270lbs total.
