The BE-1 Smith Machine by Valor Fitness

The BE-1 Smith Machine is the smoothest operator in the Valor Fitness assortment. Inside the main frame is a cantilever system that allows the Olympic bar to move smoothly. No more adding up all components to figure out your true weight! What you put on the bar is the weight you will lift. Features of this Smith machine are: Tempered spring steel coils on safety spots for absorbing heavy impact, rotating Olympic bar with safety catch function, chrome weight plate storage pegs on each side of the frame for convenience. The BE-1 is best used for bench press, military press, incline press, squats, pull ups, and up-right rows. User weight is 900 lbs. (10-45 lb plates on each side)
