We ship only to the U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The majority of our items ship within the next two business days after you place your order. Smaller items will ship out UPS or FEDEX ground and are left at the front door if nobody is home to sign for the delivery. Larger, bulkier items will ship via truck line. Truck line shipments are "End of Driveway" service only. It is the customer's responsibility to get it in the house after delivery. In these instances, the truck line will notify you when shipment will be made to arrange for delivery. If a large truck cannot get to your address, you may need to make other arrangements with the trucking company such as picking it up at their shipping center. If your item is undeliverable it will be returned to us and you will receive full credit.

Some items do not ship directly from our warehouse and may take longer for delivery. These delivery times are noted on that item page.
