Fitness Destination has a 15% restocking fee for returned orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Credit will not be issued until item is received in good condition at the Fitness Destination warehouse. Please call to obtain a return authorization. 1-888-258-0533

If your item is damaged due to shipping, we request that you reject the shipment and notify us at 1-888-258-0533 so we can send a replacement.

If you do receive a damaged item, it will be necessary for you to file damage claims with the shipping company. Damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
