The BC-3 Valor Fitness Home Gym is small but packs a powerful punch. The BC-3 will allow you to work your upper and lower body. Exercises include: Arm Curl, Vertical Chest Press, Leg Extension, Standing Leg Curl, Machine Flys, Tricep Pull Down, Lat Pull Down, Seated Row and Upright Row. There are 6 adjustment positions for chest press & row. There is an adjustable length foot plate which is perfect for multiple users. Includes leg strap for lateral raises and 'V' bar for rows. Weight stack includes 14 plates at 10lb increments.
